Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

We know plans change. We aim to make cancelling or updating an order as simple as possible while still getting your parcel to you quickly.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered fulfilment. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.

Modifying an order

Need to change a size, colour, or shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be modified, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.

Orders already shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You are welcome to return eligible items once they arrive. Please see our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy for full details.

Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
